Forward Cameras & Vintage Shop is a unique store specializing in supplying our customers with the very best analog technology and music. We aim to provide everyone with the opportunity to capture life's precious moments with historic cameras that have witnessed the past, listen to the warm sounds of analog music, and explore history through each and every purchase. Analog is where science meets art; it is where chemistry and physics come alive in the form of beautiful images and melodies. We hope to preserve these beautiful art forms from the past and share our passion for all that is analog with generations to come.
Our Story
When I first picked up my father's Nikon FM, I felt something spectacular. The sound of the shutter and the winding of the film made photography more real than it was ever before. The anticipation of not knowing what was hidden within the film was so intense that I rushed back home and developed my first roll of film. This was truly an exhilarating experience, one that I knew I must share with others. I felt a similar wonder when I bought my first turntable and cassette player. Each revolution of the record and each turn of the tape unlocked a whole world of music sitting dormant for decades waiting to be listened to again. And so our story begins.
